Cheeseburger and Onion Toast Submitted By: Lily

Ingredients:

8 slice white bread,
1 1/3 lbs ground beef,
3 onions, peeled.
4 slice swiss cheese,
1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese, 
salt,
pepper and cooking oil.

Procedures:

1) Preheat oven to 400 F.

2) Cut some rings out of the onions (saute for garnishing), then finely chop the rest of the onions.

3) Mix the onions with the ground beef. Season with some salt and pepper, then shape into patties using BurgerMate.

4) Panfry the beef patties in cooking oil, about 4-5 minutes per side.

5) On half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a dash of ground black pepper.

6) Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat, until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).

7) Arrange the burgers on half of the bread slices (w/o the cheese), then place a slice of Swiss cheese on the burger. Cover with the other half of the bread slice to make a sandwich.

8) Top with sauteed onion rings.
