Cheese Filled Hamburger Patties |

RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 1 1/3 lb lean ground beef, 1 tablespoon prepared barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup (sauce), 1 small onion, finely chopped.4 slices Cheddar, Brie, Camembert or blue-vein cheese. 7 oz can crushed pineapple. RECIPE METHOD: Combine meat, sauces and onion. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. Prepare a fire in a grill to medium heat. Place a cheese slice on 4 of the patties. Drain pineapple, spoon onto patties and top with remaining patties. Carefully mold patty so that it encases cheese completely (no visible joins). Grill, turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes, or until done to your liking. Assemble in usual way. |
