Ingredients:

1 1/3 lbs fresh ground Angus Beef, shaped into 4 patties using BurgerMate.
Cheddar Cheese (slightly softened),
Fresh toasted roll,
lettuce,
ripe tomatoes,
pickles,
onions,
condiments.

Preparation:

Preheat Barbecue. Sear burgers over high heat, turn and sear other side. Move to medium heat to finish desired temp. This allows juices to settle into meat. Approximately 5-10 minutes. Serve hot off the Grill.
