Ingredients:

1 1/3 pound ground turkey,
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro,
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs,
1 egg, beaten.
3 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper,
8 thin slices (3 ounces) Monterey Jack cheese,
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings.
4 hamburger buns.

Directions:

1. Combine turkey, cilantro, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate.

2. Place patties on oiled grid. Grill over high heat 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center (165°F). Top burgers with cheese during last few minutes of grilling. Grill pepper rings 2 minutes. To serve, place burgers on buns and top with pepper rings. Serve with additional mustard, if desired.
