Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef,
1 pkg. (1.2oz.) dry Caesar salad dressing mix, such as Good Seasons.
6 hamburger buns, split.
1/4 cup + 6 Tbs. bottled creamy Caesar salad dressing, divided.
Romaine lettuce, torn in large pieces.
6 slices tomato and thin red onion.

Directions:

Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking or position broiler rack so that burgers on rack in pan will be 4" from heat source; preheat broiler. In bowl combine beef with dry dressing mix. Shape meat mixture into six patties using BurgerMate. Brush sides of buns with 1/4 cup dressing. Grill buns, dressing side down, until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Or toast under broiler dressing side up 30-60 seconds, turning once, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Place about 2 lettuce pieces on bottom half of each bun. Top with burgers, remaining dressing and tomato and onion slices, then remaining bun halves.
