Burgers with Mustard Mayonnaise Submitted By: Liz

INGREDIENTS:

500g minced beef,
1/2 cup (40g) packaged seasoned stuffing mix,
1/4 cup (60ml) tomato sauce,
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley,
4 hamburger buns,
2 large (400g) onions, sliced.
8 green oak leaf lettuce leaves,
1 large (250g) tomato, thinly sliced.
1 tablespoon seeded mustard,
1/2 cup (125ml) mayonnaise.

METHOD:

Combine mince, seasoning mix, sauce and parsley in medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties using BurgerMate. Add patties to heated greased barbecue (or griddle pan or grill); cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Add onions to heated greased barbecue plate, cook until soft and browned. Split buns in half, place cut-side-down onto barbecue, cook until lightly toasted. Top bases with lettuce, tomato, patties, combined mustard and mayonnaise then onions; replace tops of buns.
