Burgers with Creamy BBQ Sauce |

Ingredients: 1 1/3 lbs Lean Ground Beef (90%), 1 Onion, chopped into strips, sea salt and ground pepper to taste. CREAMY BBQ SAUCE: 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1/8 teaspoon granular Splenda, or to taste. Directions: Mix beef with salt and pepper and form into patties using BurgerMate. Fry onions in oil until soft and brown. Blend barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and a little Splenda, to taste. Serve over grilled hamburgers. |
