Ingredients: 1 1/3 lb lean beef mince, 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds, 2 medium eggs, 1 tablespoon quality Dijon Mustard. Method: Throw everything into a mixing bowl and stir it with a mixing spoon. Form into burgers using BurgerMate and cook. |
