Blue Cheese Stuffed Burger |

Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef,1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese,1/2 teaspoon of salt,1 tablespoon of minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper,1 teaspoon of horseradish,1/2 3 oz package of cream cheese. Directions: Sprinkle salt and pepper over ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Divide meat into 4 equal portions and form into balls. Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, onion and horseradish. Indent ball and place 1 tablespoon in center of each beef ball. Place ball inside BurgerMate and form patties. Place on grill over ash-covered coals so burgers are 5 to 6 inches from coals. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on first side, turn and broil 5 to 6 minutes, to doneness desired. 4 servings. |
