Ingredients:

1-1/3 pounds ground beef,
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion,
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme,
3/4 teaspoon salt Dash black pepper,
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled.

Directions:

1. Preheat grill.

2. Combine ground beef, onion, thyme, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into patties using BurgerMate.

3. Place cheese in center of four patties to within 1/2 inch of outer edge.

4. Grill over medium heat, covered, 8 to 10 minutes (or, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes) to medium (160°F), turning once. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and Dijon mustard on whole wheat buns, if desired.
