Ingredients: 500g Organic Steak Mince, 1 Onion grated or finely chopped, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, Seasoning, Olive Oil for basting, 115g mozzarella cheese (optional). Method: Evenly combine in a large mixing bowl the mince, grated onion, parsley and seasoning. Divide the mixture into equal pieces, shape into patties using BurgerMate. Brush the burgers with a little olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes turning once. Serve in a roll with salad or with vegetables and potatoes. |
