Bison Blast-Off Burgers Submitted By: Pete

Ingredients:

2 tbsp canola oil,
4 green onions,
chopped medium fine.
2 tbsp parsley, chopped very fine.
2 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated or prepared.
2 tsp Dijon mustard,
1 tsp salt,
tsp ground black pepper,
2 lb ground bison.

Directions:

Combine first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Blend in ground bison meat.  Shape meat into patties using BurgerMate. Place patties on an oiled cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least one hour.  Barbecue or pan-fry over medium to medium-high heat until well done.
