Ingredients:

1 1/3 pound ground turkey,
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro,
1/3 cup bread crumbs,
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard,
1 egg, lightly beaten,
Salt and black pepper,
4 whole grain buns, split and toasted.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients but buns in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into patties using BurgerMate.  Place burgers on an oiled grate and grill over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Serve with buns.
