Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chuck,
2 tbls ketchup,
2 tbls mustard,
2 tbls worstershire sauce,
2 tbls bar- b- que sauce,
4 slices of garlic herb butter.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except for the butter in a large mixing bowl.  Form ground chuck micture into patties using BurgerMate.  Using your fingers make a in the center of the burger making sure you do not go through the burger.  Place a slice of butter in the hole and close the hole.  Grill over medium heat, approx. 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
