Ingredients:

1 lb natural ground chuck or lean ground beef,
3 Tbsp organic onion, minced.
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
2 cloves garlic, minced.
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
2 Tbsp Wild Oats Organic Dijon Mustard,
4 oz Wild Oats Cheddar Cheese, cut into 4 pieces,
cooking oil for grill,
grill brush,
salt and black pepper,
4 Wild Oats Organic Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns,
Wild Oats Organic Yellow Mustard,
Wild Oats Organic Ketchup,
Wild Oats Kosher Sandwich Slicers,
sliced organic tomatoes,
sliced organic red onion,
organic green leaf lettuce.

Directions:

Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Form into  patties using BurgerMate. Poke a hole in the center of each patty. Place a piece of cheese in middle and fold meat around the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Brush grill with oil. Grill burgers, 3 to 5 minutes per side, turning once. The internal temperature of the beef should be at least 160F. Toast buns on the grill, cut side down, 1 to 2 minutes before the burgers are ready. Garnish with your favorite Wild Oats condiments.
