INGREDIENTS: 225g (8oz) lean minced beef, salt and pepper. METHOD: 1. Place the mince into a large bowl, season and mix thoroughly. From mixture into burgers using BurgerMate. 2. Place the burgers under a preheated grill and cook for 4-6 minutes each side, until thoroughly cooked. |
