Ingredients:

500 g lean beef mince,
2 cloves garlic, crushed.
2 tsp ground cumin,
1 cup sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped.
2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped.
4 bread rolls (preferably wholegrain).

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200C. Combine the mince, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, parsley and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and heat until sealed and golden. Transfer to an oven tray and place in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until cooked right through (make sure there is no pink in the middle).

Serving Suggestion:

Serve the burgers on buns with ingredients such as lettuce, avocado, onion, beetroot and a tomato relish or mustard.
