Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, 4 KRAFT Singles, 4 hamburger buns, split. Directions: MIX meat, 2 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, crumbs and egg. Shape into 3 patties using BurgerMate. Place on rack of broiler pan. BROIL 4 to 6 inches from heat 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°F), brushing frequently with remaining barbecue sauce. Top with Singles; broil until Singles begins to melt. FILL buns with patties. Add additional toppings, if desired. |
