BBQ Teriyaki Pork Burgers Submitted By: Garrett

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb Lean Ground Pork,
cup fine dry bread crumbs,
tsp. garlic powder,
tsp. pepper,
2 Tbsp chopped onions,
2 green onions, chopped.
2 Tbsp. soya sauce,
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed.
tsp ginger,
1 tsp brown sugar,
4 hamburger buns.

Method:

Combine all ingredients. Form into 4 patties using BurgerMate. Preheat Barbeque on high. Reduce heat to medium. Barbeque 5-10 minutes per side or until no pink remains. Always cook ground pork until well done. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite condiments. For a new taste sensation, serve on a hamburger or Kaiser bun and layer sliced oranges, sliced kiwi and sliced strawberries over the meat.
