Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef,
2 Tbsp hot sauce,
8 slices Tillamook cheddar cheese,
1 sweet onion.

Directions: 

Combine beef and the hot sauce. Form patties using BurgerMate. Grill burgers to preference.  Melt a slice or two of Tillamook cheddar cheese on each patty. Top with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and serve on a rocking bun.

To caramelize onions:

Place sweet onion and a small amount of olive oil in an uncovered pan over a medium flame until the moisture of the onions is released and they start to take on a brown color.
