Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/8 teaspoon pepper,
2 teaspoons catsup,
3 slices process American cheese,
3 slices tomato,
3 slices Bermuda onion,
6 slices of bread.

Directions:

Mix ground beef lightly with salt and pepper; shape into patties using BurgerMate. Pan fry over med. heat 8 min. on each side for med. Brush tops lightly with catsup; cover with cheese slices. Top each with a tomato and onion slice; put together sandwich style, with buttered bread.  Fry both sides of assembled burger, toasting each side of the bread.  Cover with grated cheese and serve.
